"The hotel was very clean , the staff (the receptionist and the cleaners) are very friendly , helpful and efficient. The car park is good and free of charge. All the shops and cafes are about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Napier and definitely when I return to Napier I will stay at Expressotel, thanks."

"Great stay, perfect location with a beautiful view of the water. Loved the addition of a spa and washing and dryer and loved how the room had a split level. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay here. The only downside however, was that at bedtime we could hear what sounded like the washing machine/dryer from the rooms nearby, but thankfully the beds were comfy so we still got a nice sleep. And there were areas in the kitchen that had some spills that werent wiped down properly. Overall would definitely stay here again."

"During check-in and every other time, the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. Clean and tidy premises. Ours was a family room which was on the upper level. Spa was nice. Beautiful never ending views from the balcony! Will definitely stay there again when in Napier! Best location!"
