This legal non-smoking unit is located at Kui'lima East Condo's at Turtle Bay Resort on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Situated next to the 17th hole of the Fazio course, this spacious 820 square foot one bedroom, two full-bath unit has everything you need to relax in style. This stylish location provides a cal-king bed on a custom built frame, a full sleeper-sofa and couch in the living room, porcelain tile throughout, tiled showers, fresh paint, wall-mounted flat screen TV's, AC units in bedroom and living room, granite counter tops, stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, under cabinet lighting, recessed dimmable lighting, custom built night stands, coffee table and end table all topped with matching granite. Floating entertainment system below TV's, wood cabinets, under mount sink, in-unit washer and dryer, designer area rug and bar stools. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a cooler are ready for use. Bath towels, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. For those who cook, the kitchen is stocked with numerous tools including pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cups, coffee maker and more!

Kui'lima East is a gated private community with 24 hour patrolling security. Turtle Bay Hotel is a five minute walk and offers bars and restaurants. Please note that certain resort items are reserved for hotel guests such as the pool and gym however the beaches are all public and free to use.

The town of Hale'iwa is about 25 minutes away where there are many local restaurants, banks, activities and shopping. Ted's Bakery is five minutes away. Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay is 10-15 minutes away. Kahuku Shrimp trucks are also 10 minutes away.

Easy communication with the hosts. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and pool, quick drive to some of the best places in the North Shore. Very clean unit with tons of towels for the shower, beach and pool. From ziplocks to a flashlight to beach chairs, beach umbrellas to a cooler, they have thought of it all!

We had a great stay at this condo in Turtle Bay. Kap was an excellent host - great response time, excellent instructions about access to the condo, etc. The place was well furnished— kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Everything worked well. Amazing stay

Everything about this rental was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, spacious. Well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Convenient parking and smooth check-in process with very clear instructions. Pool was lovely and so warm! But what really made this property amazing was the location. A short walk to Turtle Bay Resort, we took full advantage of their beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants- pricey but worth it for delicious food and even better views! Grocery store was close by. Not far from Haleiwa for excursions but beware: a lot of construction along that road so factor in extra time in your commute (google maps was often inaccurate). Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book this place again!

Wonderful stay! We don’t often stay in VRBO’s, but after a week on Kauai in a hotel, this apartment was just what we needed. Two spacious bathrooms, solid A/C, and access to laundry. Very comfortable stay and compliments to the owners/cleaners. They’re several little things on offer that made a big different, such as having olive oil & cooking spray, tin foil, along with ample plates/Glasses etc. This place deserves a full 5 stars. Also worth noting, the pool is only a quick 2 min walk and beach is about 15 min (we drove and parked right by beach). Book here and enjoy the awesome north shore

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and very comfortable condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, offering far more space than anticipated from the pictures. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive, making our stay easy and stress-free. Their checkout recommendations were clear and reasonable, which we appreciated. The condo felt incredibly homey, was meticulously organized, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The air conditioning units were highly effective, maintaining a perfectly cool and comfortable environment. The hide-a-bed was also neatly made and ready upon our arrival. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-appointed stay.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was modern as advertised. Very nice appliances and extremely comfortable. Very spacious for a one bedroom. They had everything you needed for your stay. Fairly close to Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay and about a 20 minute drive to the old town of Haleiwa. Close to trails along the north shore that were great to explore. We enjoyed the beach close to the Ritz.
