ONE BEDROOM / 2 BATH/ PLUS MURPHY BED

Calling all visitors, sunbathers and adventurers, come to the North Shore of Oahu and enjoy our newly renovated condo. We call it the Punahele Hale, meaning “favorite house” in Hawaiian.

This unit has 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, is on the ground level at Kuilima Estates East, and is a short walk from Turtle Bay Resort on the ocean. The kitchen is open to the living area, and has new stainless appliances, granite counters, and new cabinets. You can do as much cooking or as little as you like. The condo boasts a sunny living room with a queen size Murphy Bed that sleeps 2. The living area opens to a grassy area with a peaceful view of the exquisitely groomed acreage at Kuilima Estates. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with an air conditioning unit, and has its own private bathroom with shower. There is also AC in the living room.The hall bathroom has a tub and shower combined. The condo is close to the ocean, the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and 2 golf courses (George Fazio, and Arnold Palmer designs). The condo is also within walking distance to 3 nice restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to Foodland grocery stores. The stores are easy to find, whether you choose to wander right or left out of our community.

The North Shore of Oahu is endless fun. During the summer snorkeling at Turtle Bay and Shark’s Cove or swimming at Waimea Bay, top the lists of enjoyment for visitors. In the winter the waves at Sunset Beach and Pipeline are world renown for surfing. Old Haleiwa Town is a short distance, and has shops, restaurants, and loads of Hawaiian flavor. After a busy day exploring the area, walk down to the beach at Turtle Bay Resort for your favorite beverage, and catch the setting sun as it falls into the Pacific Ocean.

This unit has it all, and the North Shore of Oahu cannot be beat. Come and enjoy. Kuilima Estates East no ka ‘oi.

Great condo conveniently located near turtle bay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, and the assigned parking space was convenient. It was easy to drive 2 min to turtle bay, which had plenty of beach access parking, good snorkeling, and a protected cove with calm enough waters (in the summer) for my 1 year old to play. We would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Turtle Bay

Nice and clean condo in a great spot. Great WIFI and fully equipped with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and Turtle Bay resort. Bitsy was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

Beyond expectations

This property was perfect. We loved how comfortable it felt as soon as we got there. The two of us cooked breakfast and dinner dinners most days with the freshest fish and fruits. The area has to offer. The proximity to the best beaches and surf spots in the world is amazing. Plus the amazing hikes near Pupukea and Kahuku should not be missed.

Lovey comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this homey comfortable condo. The unit has everything to have an easy stay with kitchen and two bathrms and laundry. Very close to beautiful heated pool and golf course across the street. Wonderful swimmable beach and several restaurants option part of Turtle Bay community. We would return for quieter non touristy vibe .

Great location, and house!

We had a great stay here. A short walk to a nice beach, the Turtle Bay Resort hotel, and some nice walking paths. The house was well set up and equipped with all sorts of beach gear. The only thing that would make it better, would be if there was an outdoor dining table. We would stay here again.

Had a great time. We had all the necessities for our cooking needs and hitting the local sites. Communication was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Go to the local fruit stands! Great spot to blend in with the locals.

Great landing spot for our little family

We enjoyed this condo while on O’ahu for 1 week. We loved the short and beautiful walk to the beach. We appreciated having a Murphy bed with a real mattress in stead of only having a pull out sofa bed (while this condo does offer both). We did try to sweep and only found a broom, no dust pan. Overall, such an easy stay with all our needs met.

We enjoyed our stay at Punahele Hale. The beds, linens, pillows were high quality (very important) and overall decor very pleasant. The Murphy bed was a brilliant idea for providing a second sleeping space. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need. A starter pack of coffee would have been a nice addition since we came straight from the airport and arrived too late to venture out to the market. By far having access to the Ritz was a huge bonus. Walking down for a coffee drink and light breakfast was . The view there is outstanding. We enjoyed hanging out on the beach beside the Ritz. Being able to rent chairs and umbrella and having the beachside restaurant was a plus. It would have been excellent if we were able to have beachside food and drink service (like Ritz guests are able). I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again.

Great alternative to turtle bay

Felt like home! Has everything you need from beach accessories to laundry items. Stayed here for a conference over at Turtle Bay for a fraction of the cost! Just a quick walk to the hotel, parking included is a huge plus, and the beach is right down to road. Would recommend and stay again

Great place to relax

The property was perfectly located within walking distance to a beach and a few restaraunts. Short drive to everything on the North Shore. 20 min give or take from shopping, food trucks, beaches...everything you could want!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Home Away from Home

This is my second time in this property and when I come back to Oahu I’ll stay here again! We love the location, it’s so close to the beach for sunrise and sunset, and the condo is spacious and comfortable - the perfect place to relax.

North Shore gem

We love the North Shore and this condo was great. The Turtle Bay Resort is within walking distance and the public beach access is as well. We will come back to this area and condos in the near future. Great stay and amenities, we loved it.

I absolutely love staying in the Turtle Bay condos. It is convenient to many amenities including, but not limited to, pool, barbecue area, the Pool Bar at Turtle Bay, Lei Lei's restaurant, golfing, Roy's - the list goes on. The condo was very nice - clean and fully stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The rooms were very spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay.
