Great location and amenities

Property was as advertised. Great value, sure there's a few things are little rough around the edges, you're on a tropical island surrounded by saltwater air, metal rusts. Accommodations were clean and enjoyed all of it.

Turtle Bay resort stay

We had a lovely time at this home on the Turtle Bay Resort property. The location was perfect, very short walk to the beach and resort. The golf course is right outside the back door. The space was very clean and cozy.

Great location near the best surf spots

The location in turtle Bay is excellent. Enjoyed the walking trails and local surf spots. The doors and walls could use a new coat of paint. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and glassware you would need. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here

Fun time in Hawaii

It was our first trip to Hawaii - so much fun! The condo was nice and quiet, clean and suited the purpose of giving us a landing spot after a full day of being out and about. The location was good, only a 15 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Weather was great too.

Great unit in a fantastic location

Great floor level unit with an AC unit in the bedroom, which is a good thing in the summer months. Decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable to me. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Perfect getaway for the north shore!

Beautiful place by turtle bay and easy access to the beach. You can walk to the beach or go golfing next door. Has everything you need! Kiley was so nice and easy to communicate with! They'll make sure you feel at home. Enjoy!

Great little apartment

My fiancé and I had a lovely 4 days at this condo, communication with the owner was excellent and the condo was equipped with all necessities, even snorkels for beach days! Gates site felt secure and the bed was super confortable! Would stay there again!

Turtle Bay Condos

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean just a few things required updating. Enjoyed being on the ground floor, with a screen enclosed lanai and the opportunity to sit outside on the lawn. Area requires a car to sightsee. Loved the availability of beach chairs. Ritz hotel is very nice but pricey. Enjoyed their beach area.

So easy

Kiley was extremely accessible. Love the first floor location. The bed was super comfortable. The lanai was beautifully facing the golf course. Can’t thank Kiley enough.

Such a great stay!

This condo was the perfect place to stay on Oahu! The walking trails, restaurants, and beach at Turtle Bay were all within walking distance and the community was very quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed how close we were to the restaurants and sightseeing locations on the North Shore. The host was amazing and super quick to answer any questions we had! Would stay here again for sure!

Relaxing and comfortable

Overall, the stay was as hoped, relaxing and refreshing. Local restaurants, a beach, and a pool were close enough to walk to. Check in and out was easy and communications with the owner were quick and clear. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great Location

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the Turtle Bay resort beaches! The community pool was close to the unit and not crowded. It was great to relax there after a day of hiking! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative is that the condo could use some TLC.

Great location

First time staying in the north shore. The location is walkable to the Turtle Bay Resort, for restaurants and bars and short drives to food trucks, beaches and grocery stores. The property has everything you need. Snorkeling and beach gear too! Would definitely stay again!

Quiet, clean and comfy

This condo is the perfect spot for exploring the North Shore. While I would agree it could use some TLC it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. Easy walking distance to a couple small beaches. Kiley is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return.

Good stay

We enjoyed the location and amenities provided at the condo. The pool was nice, and we appreciated the towels, beach chairs, and snorkel gear provided. Also, nice big TV! The place could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice north shore condo

Nice location, 15min walk to beach alongside golf course, surf high in January, easy access to beach at Ritz Carleton. Owner very pleasant and quick response to minor issue (entry instructions).-Condo in need of updating I.e. fresh paint job needed, especially bathroom, appliances are older (dishwasher rusty) ..pretty much have to drive to shopping and restaurants (except Lei Lei’s on the golf course)..Overall, would stay again, due to location and quiet surroundings.

Beautiful location, nice Condo.

Everything was very nice. The condo had all the amenities you could need from a fully stocked kitchen to towels and linens. They even had snorkels and goggles for the pool or ocean along with chairs and a cooler for snacks and drinks. Condo could use some updating, but it worked great for a us.

Lovely Getaway

I stayed at this property for 9 nights at the end of December 2024. I agree with several other reviews that some maintenance could be done to improve a few interior issues, but overall i found the property was perfect for my needs.The kitchen qas well stocked,and had all of the things i needed. The view from the lanai was very relaxing.The location might be the best thing about this property. Most of the activites and sights we wanted to see were within a 30 minute drive.Overall, we were very pleased and not only would we highly recommend this property, we would not consider staying elsewhere now! Excellent experience!

Turtle Bay Condo

If you're making the North shore your base, this is the perfect location. Close to the Ritz Carlton is a plus - for nice restaurants and public beach. The condo complex is well-maintained and safe. Nice pool area. Great communication with the owner - responsive & helpful.However....the condo itself is in absolutely terrible shape. Kitchen appliances are rusted and need replaced; paint & plaster are peeling from walls and doors; the AC does not work well; ceramic tile flooring is cracked and chipped, making it dangerous to walk barefooted in the unit. Too many other concerns to mention. The owner explained that the condo was scheduled for renovation this month (Mar 2025) but this had to be postponed to the summer. For this reason I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone until a complete remodel of the unit is finished.
