This second-floor condo provides you with the comforts of home with two championship golf courses, a beautiful swimming beach and a first-class resort just a short walk away. Located in Kuilima Estates West, neighboring the luxurious Turtle Bay Resort, the condo overlooks the 3rd fairway of the George Fazio Championship golf course with stunning mountain views beyond.

The condo has recently been remodeled with new carpet, tile flooring, kitchen appliances, countertops, shower/tub, paint, furniture and Hawaiian décor. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed for an especially comfortable night’s sleep and the screened-in lanai provides extended living room space to enjoy the beautiful outdoors without the critters. This unit also provides you with wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, and a Lazy-Boy sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is also a pack-n-play crib for a little one to sleep in. We now have AC in main bedroom, living room, and loft for your comfort.

The condo complex has three recently renovated swimming pools, tennis courts, and barbeque cabana areas for your enjoyment. Casual and fine dining, cocktails, and spa services are just steps away at the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort. There are also miles of scenic walking, biking and horseback riding trails, and a perfect swimming beach.

A short 20-minute drive brings you to the historic North Shore town of Haleiwa with excellent shopping and dining choices, and don’t forget shaved ice from Matsumoto! On the way you can enjoy many of the North Shore’s beautiful, world-famous beaches such as Waimea Bay and Sunset beach. The Polynesian Cultural Center and the stunning Waimea Falls Park are each just a quick 15-minute ride.

You can also enjoy snorkeling or SCUBA diving at Shark’s Cove, only 10 minutes from the condo. And for all you surfing enthusiasts, the Vans Triple Crown professional surfing event is held on multiple North Shore beach breaks just 15 minutes away from the condo during the months of November and December.

Great place!

The property was very nice. Great space for our family of 6. So nice to have a kitchen and 2 full baths. Conveniently located. The beach / pool gear was so great to have on hand! One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a great stay at the condo with our family of four. The condo was clean, spacious with everything you need for a vacation on the North Shore. The pool was right next to the condo with BBQ pits. Turtle bay beach and the resort is a short walk and the balcony faces the quiet and pristinely maintained golf course. North Shore beaches and Kahuku are a short drive away. Will visit again!

Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. We loved the location, it was quiet, lots of activities were accessible at the Ritz next door. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and had everything we needed to unwind and relax.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Beautiful and reasonably priced gateway to the North Shore. Turtle bay beach nearby is an amazing spot for snorkeling with kids.

Wonderful accommodations

Clean and comfortable condo. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We enjoyed the pool just outside of the condo, and the many beaches a short walk or drive away. Not a ton of shopping nearby but several yummy food trucks a few minute drive away. We appreciated that the condo is equipped with a few pool noodles, beach chairs, and 6 beach towels.

Beautiful condo, beautiful area. Perfect for our girls trip. The walk to turtle bay resort is short but we preferred to drive. We dined and had drinks at the beach house which I definitely recommend. It is a little pricey but worth it.

North Shore at its best

Great Condo - we stayed with a family of 6 - worked perfectly for us. Located in the spacious Turtle Bay park, it provided all, what we needed. We loved the Lanai for enjoying Hawaiin morning and evening. Located perfectly at the North Shore to travel either eastward or westward. Great beaches close by. ENjoy Sunset cocktails at turtle bay cocktail bar. We can only recommend this place.

Amazing place at Turtle Bay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was warm in the condo during the day but at night cooled off beautifully. I preferred the couch and the fan to the air conditioning in the Master Bedroom. Beautiful grounds well maintained and a pleasant walk to the beach at the hotel. Loved the seaside restaurants! Great hosts: had no issues at all!

The unit had everything we needed! Clean, comfortable, lots of fans everywhere to cool off rooms, and AC in master bedroom was key. We had one hiccup with TV but the property mgr texted immediately to help us. Very nice place and so close to Turtle Bay Hotel.

Great stay

Owner has great communication and getting to and into the property was easy. Beds were comfortable. Only trouble was my 6’3” husband bumped his head on the ceiling upstairs due to the vaulted ceilings.
