"This place is amazing and so handy for uber/lyft into Salem. Rooms are spacious and immaculate with great service from the team. At reception there are hot drinks availbe 24/7 including coffee, tea & hot chocolate (water for tea comes from a seperare tap so no coffee flavoured tea thankfully!) Now to breakfast... amazing quality, variety and really well kept. We got well fed to set us up nicely for the day. Pleabty of car paeking spaces as well. This place is just perfect with lots of food...

"Nice place especially for Hampton Beach. Only issues were we booked a queen bed and ended up with a full size and that annoyed us. Also there isn’t any real windows it’s old crank louver windows and it was freezing in the room at night and there’s nothing you can do about it but close curtains and deal with the never ending sea breeze blowing through the windows. Also the shower and Toilet never stopped running. Come to think of it the place was sort of a nightmare but pretty clean "

"Very clean, spotless in fact. Staff was marvelous, friendly and very helpful. It is about 1/3 mil north of Ashworth Hotel. but easily walkable to casino, restaurants etc. . I loved that it had a full fridge, a stove with an oven, a keurig and a toaster, and no carpet on the floors! Not one allergy all weekend ! You didn't have to eat out if you didn't want to. Wi fi and tv...beds were very comfortable and they supplied blankets as the nights were chilly. I did a lot of walking, probably...

"Stayed here for one evening and it’s a lovely hotel. It’s certainly NOT haunted but there is a lot of noise from other travelers that will keep you up at night. It’s a pretty loud between the people and AC unit. It’s a nice room. Toilet and shower rooms are separate, Not sure I would stay here again for what it is, but it was an experience. Restaurant was good, I would recommend that. "

"Hotel fine. Clean and no complaints. Little disappointed in the “beautiful grounds” that everyone seems to talk about. Trail to water was flooded about halfway down (no fault of the hotel obviously) but desk clerk said it’s like that more often than not. Not walking distance to any kind of food or drink. Overall very nice place tho and good customer service at check in and with any questions. "
