"We were picked up at the airport exactly as described. The porter escorted us to the 11th floor reception and everyone was very helpful. In fact the porter walked us to the ferry office to get our tickets for the next day. This was early above and beyond customer service. We ate at the restaurant and the food was OK and prices reasonable. Unfortunately the windows were quite dirty, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the view of the harbor. "The hotel charged us for breakfast every morning because they said we had only booked for one person, but i had booked for 2. So we had to pay them and then go down to the reception and complain to get our money back. We also only got 1 water bottle and one toothbrush until we complained and showed them we were booked for 2 people. The bathroom was smelling very bad. But it is not a bad price"
