However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. I wonder and hope this was a holiday price and other guests aren’t charged as much "

Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable.
