"This was a great hotel to land for a couple nights in Plettenberg. The staff was delightful especially upon our arrival we were a bit frazzled from a long drive and Kima greeted us to help us Park and get our bags to our room. The in Hotel restaurant is excellent, we ate the oxtail and the breakfast is fabulous. Two doors away is a place called 11 that we rented bikes from. The property is clean and we had a City View Suite that had plenty of room to spread out and a balcony. The property is...

"Fantastic location. Amazing staff, a unique dining experience. Highly recommended for a 2-3 night min stop over."

"A nice resort for families with young children. Well appointed room with a functional kitchenette. Bright and cheery place."

"Hotel was great. Friendly staff, great room, very clean."

"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). "Spectacular views with great rooms and accommodating team"

"What a wonderful place this is.We had an apartment 206.Fully equipped with everything we needed.A beautiful view .Lovely views around the bar near the swimming pool. The staff here were excellent, nothing was too much trouble,The restaurant food is excellent and very resonably priced.SISSY IN THE RESTAURANT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND,what a wonder lady she is. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area"

"In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa."

"Clean Great place to stay "
