"Have stayed here a few times. Always friendly staff and great people. The rooms are starting to show their age. But it’s just that. Age! I’m sure they’ll get some renovations going at some point. The rooms are clean, well equipped and the cleaning staff are great. Treat them with the upmost respect. Thank you for another great stay. "

"Great location for transport and near NY Cafe. Loved the historic building and cute room, but a shame that 'courtyard' rooms overlook an unattractive roof addition, not really a courtyard. At first we had a room with a single window overlooking a shelf of gravel but manager kindly moved us to a slightly better room with a double window overlooking the roof. In the new room, beds were far too soft and sloping, and pillows far too large for comfort, which we didn't realize until bedtime and did...

"The walls are very thin and unfortunately had new guests staying next door daily, who always felt the need to carry on with loud conversations, laughter, late at night. Television did not work in my room. Clean hotel though, spotless white sheets and towels, comfortable beds, great location. The building is in a courtyard, which makes a little bit of distance from the hustle and bustle of the main road. I would recommend for budget stay in the city, only for sleeping. (If fellow guests let it)"
