The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful with lots of little things that make a real difference - really big fluffy towels you can wrap all round you, amazing comfy bed, cosy dressing gowns and slippers to use for the spa. "The room was spacious, clean and we loved the evening turn down service advising of the next day’s temperature. The chocolates were nice too. The hotel is well located, 10 minute walk from most attractions."

"A lovely clean hotel with easy access to everything. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I only had breakfast once. It was rather expensive and I didnt think the cooked stuff was particularly great. The mushrooms were a bit dry and the eggs a little too oily. I also didnt think there was a great selection."
