However, the ac was either broken or not adjustable to the tenant. I turned it to 67 upon arrival and the temp never came down from 75-it was so hot we couldn’t sleep well. The shower head was broken in a way that the head would swivel down and to the left instead of staying in place-you then had to squish in the corner to get yourself under a solid stream. There also was no basic vending machines for after hours beverage needs. Lastly, I try to consider that you never know what a person is going through but the girl who checked us in was very worked up and kept saying things like “hold on just be patient” “you’re gonna have to give me a minute” & “I can’t help you I’m new” all while I only said hello and my last name-no questions-no interrupting her. She seemed very worked up that I wouldn’t understand the basic process of checking into a hotel and I would be rushing her or something-just odd. All the other staff was perfectly nice and chill. "
