"Words can not express how much we love this property!! We had the most amazing micro-wedding, (26 people), and mini-honeymoon here and the host, Paul, could not have been more accommodating and helpful with the process. We had family stay with us leading up to the ceremony, and the space was perfect for the combined group. My husband's family stayed in the apartment above the garage, while my loud family with kids was able to stay in the rooms downstairs, so everyone had their own space while we were all still together! The ceremony was held outside surrounded by mountains and our pictures are breathtaking. Paul was available to contact the entire time and was very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend the property to anyone, and I would visit again in a heartbeat!! "

"Absolutely beautiful home! Would definitely book again. Our stay coincided with historic flooding in the area. The homeowner was very helpful with our questions and ensuring we felt safe. Kids loved the trampoline and adults enjoyed coffee and a view on the front porch! Fall colors were so pretty! Beds were very comfy. Easy access to downtown Durango and surrounding activities. "

It is not close to downtown Durango but we got used to the drive and discovered things to do and restaurants nearby. "Great views and great house. It was perfect for two families with the split living space! Bunk room is very nice for kids and you cant hear the upstairs guests while youre downstairs! House has everything you need and then some! Ive stayed in a lot of rentals and their cookwear is the best! No your average beat up junk. Would highly recommend!"
