"Resort is very dated. Staff, some friendly, must not. Food edible but not great. Room very small. We were above buffet and very noisy. Entertainment kept us up at night unyil12:30-1:00 Very loud!!"

"The Villa was exactly as described in the Vrbo listing. The location was perfect, the Villa catered for every need and was equipped with everything you could want and then some, including access to reliable wifi, a firestick for streaming. The host also provided beach equipment, board games and a nice litle welcome pack with water and snacks, laundry items, bathroom products etc. Very proximite to bars and restaurants and the beach. The Villa was immaculate and communication with the host was immediate and very friendly. The host assisted us with car rental and airport transfer recommendations. I would thoroughly recommend this posting as both the Villa and host Ronita were fantastic."

"I booked the villa and initially Paul was a lovely host to deal with. He was very efficient and responsive and I expressed a few concerns about the update of the villa based on previous reviews and he gave me assurances that the villa is in a very good condition with new furnishings but that he hadnt updated the pics on the ad so I proceeded with the booking. The check in process was seamless, the property manager Stacey was very nice and ensured that I could check in as agreed with no issues. She was very kind throughout the process and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the villa I was underwhelmed at first sight. There is a few large cracks running through the kitchen and lounge floor and the fridge freezer had extensive rust and damage inside and outside the appliance and the microwave could only work with a piece of string that you had to pull in a specific way. The travel cot that I received which Paul agreed to provide (i appreciate that this isn’t a prerequisite for anyone to have) was very old and dirty and I could not put my baby in it. I mentioned these things to Paul and instead of a reasonable response, he was instantly defensive and quite rude. He mentioned that the rusty fridge is not a hygiene issue which I refuted as rust is a breeding ground for bacteria. Stacey however understood my issues and explained that they had these things on order but they hadn’t arrived yet which made sense and she apologised unlike the host. Great location "
