"Everything was great except the check in process. Avari did not email me the entry code for the room. Sandpiper Cove does not supply that code. You have to get it through the third party service used to book the room. "

"Everything was as described. For the location and amenities, it’s a great price. Sad that they didn’t have eggs or fruit for breakfast as I can’t eat biscuits and country gravy. Very responsive when we had an issue with the room. Would definitely stay again despite the breakfast issues. They did have plentiful breakfast options but just not gluten friendly options."

"Accurate listing, simple check-in, excellent communication. Host goes out of her way to accommodate guests and make sure you have a great stay. Lots of 'extra's (snacks, toiletries, etc.) to make you feel at home and cover you if you forget any necessities. A host all the way around!"

"We stayed here in March 2026 for our spring break trip and had a great experience. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the beach without needing our wagon. We just carried our bag chairs and beach bag and it was an easy walk. We also enjoyed the Sand Flea bar/restaurant right on the beach. Any time I had a question, the host responded quickly and was very helpful. The place itself is a bit small but quaint and worked well for our stay. We recommend it."
