"This place is fantastic!! You never have to leave the property. It has everything you need right there. Multiple restaurants, lots of shopping, indoor and outdoor pool, very clean!!!!! The view of the Bay is beautiful. The staff was so nice and accommodating. This is a great place for the whole family of all ages"

"***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and the floor hadnt been swept or mopped in who knows how long. He also knew the TV was broken and maintenance told us he had told them to not put a new one in there. The service was by far the worst the front desk GM was a complete jerk and has no business being in customer service, and one of the guys on duty was so high he didn't even know what was going on."

"We got to Florida a little early and asked about early check in- sent messages and called. No answer until 4 hours later. We got to the condo at our regular time and were given instructions for the "key" in a lockbox. Open the lockbox, no key. The door locks are coded now. Not a huge deal but the instructions were incorrect and we thought we didn't have a key to get in. The code in the message from the owner was one code, then you scroll down and it's a different code. Super confusing and not clear at all. The listing says "walk to the beach steps from the condo." Well that's not accurate anymore. Whoever bought the property has put a fence up behind the entire area. We had to walk 2 blocks for beach access. Again, fine for walking, but this is not what the property claimed we would be getting. The property was fine. Very dated inside, the coach had cushions under the cushions for support since it had clearly seen better days. We got 2 small trash bags for the entire week we were there for a family of 5. We ended up getting our own. We had a great time, just maybe a littl misled by the description and instructions given by the owner."

"East Pass. Situated on the bay. Beautiful condo with plenty of room for six. The bay is beautiful. There was plenty of cushie chairs and not crowded at all. The ocean is just minutes away. Highly recommend."
