"The facility is in the middle of a very high crime area. I didn’t feel safe at all. The room was an upgrade because my original room had no A/C. The upgraded room reeked of smoke and marijuana. There was even reminence of some marijuana on the floor near the bathroom. The sheets were not clean so I slept on top of the bed with street clothes on. It was a very bad experience but I guess you get what you pay for. The price was reasonable a that’s why I had booked it. The room needs to be completely refreshed and deep cleaned. "

"The room was clean and the staff were polite and professional. The biggest complaint was the bed was not comfortable. Also, when I reserved, I was not aware there was a separate charge for parking ($14/night). I might have made a different choice of hotel since there were a few for the same price. "

"So I think you get what you pay for. Excellent rate. Nice new construction. Stay was overall satisfactory and I might consider it again. Property manager addressed our concerns timely. Some mentions for our experience:Internet isn’t great - even with resetting router as suggested the satellite wifi is not reliable. But we only really needed it when we were unwinding late at night and it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker just an annoying inconvenience. The property is new construction and had all the essentials and completely served its purpose but in an underserved neighborhood - we had some loud neighbors that woke us up at midnight one night, just feel like the community/neighborhood could have been advertised better. For two days the neighbor behind us burned rubber tires. But again, we were tourists of Charleston and really only stayed in the house between 8pm-9am. It is what it is! We made out fine. "

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay - easy access to Charleston & surrounding beaches. The place was beautiful, very clean, great beds and exactly as the pictures showed. Wonderful kitchen and the free k cups for coffee and the snacks were a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone booking a stay at this property."

"Perfect for me and my pup. The house is so comfortable and warm. The fenced back yard was wonderful for my condo dog. In an eclectic neighborhood and close to local dining favorites Dashi and Stems & Skins. Judith was a considerate and accessible host. Fantastic value!"
