"Great lake cottage. Just a short drive into town. Location couldn't be beat. The home was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable and the nighttime was quiet. Kitchen was a good size, most common utensils were available. We did make the mistake of not checking the coffee situation and brought ground coffee, but the house only has a Keurig so make sure you get your supply list correct. One of the nicest rentals we've had in the lakeside area for a reasonable cost. Thanks again!!"

"Our family had a great time staying at the cottage “Cherry on top”. At first I didn’t realize that this property wasn’t technically in the gates of lakeside. I was a little worried about that being an inconvenience but it worked out just fine! We spoke with the gate manager at lakeside about golf carts that we could rent to bring in and out and she gave us Kerry’s number with Sandusky golf cart which made for an easy and short trip in and out of the gate. I’m sure it saved us some money as well not being in lakeside proper. I won’t let that deter me from staying here again. The reviews also mention the bathroom being small which is true, but the shower was a standard size so that was all the mattered to me. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air was working great in all spaces! I would recommend this cottage to others! Walter was quick to respond with all questions and very accommodating. I’m looking forward to another trip next year!"

"3 families, 9 travelers & all had a great time. Various members tried many of the games, especially with the 8 year old! The seek & find room was a big challenge for her & others but they succeeded in finding everything. When she got home she found a leaf bug on her garage, which was the last one she found in the seek & find, crazy happenstance eh. Also much enjoyed the fire on the table, great with pizza!"

"Super kind Vrbo-owner who let us in a bit early since it was raining and we could not enjoy shuffleboard, golf or playground as we had planned! When the sun came out Lakeside was beautiful! This was the perfect place to call home for a family retreat! Golf cart was super helpful! Thanks for being part of a great trip!"
