"The property is wonderfully located and well maintained. All staff was very friendly and helpful. My only (small) gripe is that the room, while clean, had a musty/off odor. I attribute this to the age of the building but my room smelled like it was 100yrs old even if it didn’t quite look it"

"Always a pleasant stay, the salt water pool is clean, warm and a great treat late at night for kids after a long hot day at the park. Breakfast offers fruits, sweet bakery goodies and the fun pancake maker. The staff never rushes anyone out. Very close to CP. Will stay again."

"No elevators. Rooms are dated. No fridge in room but there was a microwave. We didn't do breakfast but was told ut was just pastries. Looks like they may be working on doing some updates though. For the money though it wasn't bad. Very close to Cedar Point and that was the main concern was proximity. All in all I would probably stay there again."

"We had a great time staying here. Perfect space and location for my family to go to Cedar Point, Put-In-Bay, and even fish from the back door. Everything was fantastic at the house. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!"

"Our family stayed at this property for four nights. It’s a great house and comfortable for our group. The golf cart was a lot of fun to explore around Baypoint. The south beach was easily accessible and we went every day.The kitchen was well equipped with plates and glasses and anything you’d need to cook. There are two refrigerators which really helped our group. There are also two grills. At night we would play board games on the screened in porch. Overall, it was a great getaway! There was a problem with the air-conditioning where it was malfunctioning. The owner responded quickly to get the HVAC company out. That was the only problem we experienced."
