"This place is lovely and the owners and staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was excellent too. Not much hiking or walking nearby but the views couldn't be beat."

"Our room was cozy, the bathroom was roomy. It's a staff free environment and they keep a fridge filled with some nice snacks and drinks for guests as well as coffee etc. The beds were comfortable and the place was relatively quiet. Our only issue was keeping the room cool enough during the night, though it was likely the hottest time of the year"

"This was a fantastic place for our family to stay! It was immaculately clean, with comfortable beds, and the most amazing views! The hot tub was in great shape and was perfect after a long day of exploring! Gary was an excellent host- responsive, kind, and friendly! Location was centrally located, which made it very easy to get to Coopers Landing or Seward with a short drive. Gary gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and suggestions for places to eat, grab groceries, and explore. We had the best time and would highly recommend Gary's place to anyone looking to stay on the Kenai Peninsula. Thank you, Gary! If we come back to the Kenai Peninsula, we will definitely stay again!"

"The place was very nicely kept. Girwood is a great location. The house location was in a nicely calm, yet still adventurous location. We enjoyed the game room and its amenities. The remodel was nicely done. Five all the way. The host were very responsive to the property needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The house itself was comfortable and clean. The full time tenants were very nice and helpful. We weren’t as close to the town and resort as we had assumed. Thankfully we had rented a car. Loved the area. Quiet neighborhood."
