"The unit is well located. It’s away from center of town and yet convenient to it so it’s more peaceful and quiet. The unit is well equipped so it would be easy to cook a good meal here if you wanted to. We didn’t as we found good eats in town. Host is super responsive and helpful."

"I gave Ski Inn 5 stars because it was a fabulous stay and me and my hubby enjoyed everything about ourstay. The faucility is not 5 star, but the experience was. Clean rooms, comfy bed, gathering room was well stocked and clean, the atmosphere was friendly and best of all, iy was welcoming. We're going back to Ski Inn on our return to Anchorage airport. The only downside would be, it's not handicap friendly. This is not a hit against, but maybe it should be noted. We are 76 and 78, in good health, no problem for us. We enjoyed the Girwood Forest Fair. BEAUTIFUL area!"

"Huge property with stellar views. It's a very busy property, but our room was quiet and comfortable. The tram up the mountain and the restaurants up on top were good. The gym was easily accessible."

"Overall love the property and enjoyed my stay. House was great and the space was excellent. The windows in primary bedroom didn't open which made the room very warm during the 70 degree days. I would be nice to have black out curtains as the shade didn't block out all the light in the primary but the other two bedrooms did have better light blocking."

"With windows only in the living room, the condo was great as we adjusted time zones and slept, despite the midnight sun.Locating the condo in summertime was more challenging as some parking areas are closed on the approach shared in the check in directions. Google Maps took us to the condo on the far side of the parking area and right by the entrance."

"Great rental! Excellent host! Our host went above and beyond for us! Even offering to help late at night. Our group was amazed at how helpful he was. The unit was clean and tidy. The beds were comfy, the entire place was as promised, and we were super happy with the entire process. We will rent there for our next group event. (Only advice, in the summer, the game room gets hot, a portable AC unit could be helpful)."

"The view is wonderful. From the listing we could not tell the configuration of our space. We rented the 3 BR 2 Ba space. It has 2 BR on the lower floor with the kitchen and living room, plus a larger BR up the stairs with an en suite Ba. There is another 2 BR unit also up on the top floor. Whenever someone walks upstairs it is very loud on the floor below. Other than that, the place was nice and has a good kitchen."
