"They gave me a different room than the one I reserved and charged me extra money. When I asked about the extra price, they first said the room type I reserved was no longer available. Then they blamed it on Expedia listing error. Then they changed the excuse yet again and told me the extra price is the cleaning fee. After all that, I found no toilet paper in the room and had to request it."
