"We have stayed at Beach houses before. This one was by far the cleanest most well thought out home. The haint blue porch roof, perfectly placed pool hot tub and decks among many others.The host was very accommodating and quick to respond.The in-law suit was such a great bonus. Many beach houses are massive. This was the perfect size for immediate family/friends.The horses were in the yard and under the home almost every day of our stay.If you want a secluded quiet vacation this house is the one.We can’t wait to stay again."

"Our family time together in this fabulous home on the Ocean was nothing short of magical...walking to the Ocean anytime we wanted watching the sunrise on the water personal visits from the wild horses (we saw them everyday except the one day we were exploring on Roanoke Island!!). We loved how roomy this home is so we could spread out, but also come together in the cozy, comfortable living area.The dolphins even escorted us, swimming along side us as we drove on the sand to head home. This very special time will remain in our memories always. And ... a special thanks to Seamus for his timely attention to our questions. A perfect location and wonderful hosts."

"We had such an amazing time!! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. We got to see the wild horses almost everyday. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and quick. We will definitely be back."

"CHANGE THE RUGS! The house needs non slip rugs/runners. The existing ones were dangerous how slippery they are on the hardwood floors. We had an adult fall and a baby fall because of the rugs. We removed them completely for the rest of the stay. The house was clean and had sufficient room / bathroom space. There was enough fringe equipment to entertain teens/kids. The house is private enough to have dogs use the driveway/yard. The wild horses will come right up to your vehicles and door to say hi. The deck is the real selling point, it makes the house feel like a family belongs there.The host was easy to contact and quick to reply. Easy check in process."

"The property was magical! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was just what we needed. We were 10 adults, three children and a baby. The beach was amazing. The pool and the hot tub were fun! The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The owner was extremely responsive and very friendly! We would do it again in a heartbeat!"

"Hot tub 2 jets didn't work. Stove top two front burners cook on high. Found cheetos under the beds while cleaning. Screen door latch doesn't have a latch, so it would bang all day and night. Otherwise that is just maintained. I would highly recommend this property."
