The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. "We had a good experience overall with very friendly helpful staff. We had a nice view of the beach and enjoyed the pool and view from the pool and from Pinky’s. We loved Folly overall and exploring the island by foot and not having to drive anywhere. Food was so good at Lost Dog (breakfast) & Rita’s (Dinner & Breakfast) We had some issues with not having a smoke detector at first in our room and then the smoke detector going off but think that was due to humidity in the room from shower and beach. The room was clean overall but the curtains did have mold on the bottoms of them and need to be replaced."

"The grounds are beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. Pool is large and spacious for kids to play. Rooms are so comfy for families, plenty of space in both room and restrooms. The only negative is the food. I wish there were better options on the property."

"Expedia gave me the option to rate my first night at the hotel. I gave it 3 stars and they asked me to send a note to the hotel manager with the issues I had- no blackout curtains, a smell of mildew in the room, the beds are not very comfortable and there is a $100 check-in early fee. By 930am, maintenence arrived and fixed the smell and housekeeping brought me a blanket for our window. I was very impressed with the quick response. There is free breakfast, the rooms are clean with all the amenities we needed. The pool was the perfect temp for a very hot day. Very decent hotel for the price! But, I still wish they would offer early check-in without a fee if rooms are available."
