great location and property. walking distance to most everywhere in Charleston. A little difficult to find the parking initially but easy after calling the main host number.
It's a great place that lives up to the description. A perfect location and located in a quiet neighborhood. Management was really good as well. We had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi but they took care of it quickly.
Great property. Everything was as stated on VRBO. Nice location, close to everything. Parking arrangement was perfect. Unit was clean and well equipped.

We came to Charleston for our first visit. We were there 4 nights. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and in a good location. The kitchen was nicely stocked with good cookware. Off street parking was a plus. Would highly recommend.

From booking, to check-in, through our stay and to check-out, my son, his fiance and myself felt comfortable, safe and very happy with this property. We loved sitting on the balcony with morning coffee or cocktails before dinner, easily walked to King Street, enjoyed spending time at the Wonderer and slept well in the comfy beds. We did not cook because there are too many good restaurants in Charleston! Bistronomy by Nico was our favorite, and is just down the street. The host was responsive if we had questions and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We came for a girl's weekend and Charleston did not disappoint! We are older and prefer a more relaxed vibe and this was perfect. The property is in a quaint and convenient location. It was very modern, clean & in an area that we felt safe. The property is tucked away in a more quiet neighborhood than the main hustle and bustle areas (which we loved), yet it was still just a quick Uber ride or walk to all of the must see and do places of the town. Both Folly and Sullivan Island Beach were only about 20 minutes away by car. They are beautiful beaches! Off street parking was provided too. Property management was easy to reach and provided great communication. The only negative was that the outlets in the bathroom were not working for some reason, but we adapted and let them know at the end of our stay.
My wife, son, and I had a wonderful time at your property in Charleston. Great neighborhood and very convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
This property is perfect for people who want to park their cars and explore the city on foot with an occasional Uber ride. Beautiful rooms, good water pressure, we had a very nice stay.
Located in a nice central location and within walking distance of all downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants. Very nice renovated unit with enough room for everyone.
