The room was adequate and very well organized. The bathroom could use another hook to hold a bag. The check in desk clerk was not nice & needs hospitality training. The bartender & waitstaff in the restaurant were superb! Their manners were impeccable. The parking is very uniquely designed under the building which was extremely convenient. The location is close to and a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Hotel, but so much more manageable . I will definitely stay here again

The front desk gal was so sweet that helped us check in. Very helpful. Changed our room immediately as the first room had a very bad smell. Wet dog. Changed our room and it was much better . Only thing I would say is majority have a Continental belayers we stay at for free . Not here and the lifting is not good at all. Makeup and getting dressed in the dark isn’t fun. Hotel location perfect.
