City lodge fourways has been my choice for many years, however over a period of time it has not ramped up its facility. The entrance and parking area is DARK. It could get some lighting for better.

Nice area to stay for a few days, close to a big entertainment center with lots of restaurants.

This Hotel should not be considered as a 3 star this is more of a 4 star except for the bed quality this could be a 5 star. The food was out of this world, You dont need to go out of the hotel for a awsome dining experience. Staff is helpfull and the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.

In general excellent stay. Just found it difficult to order room service as phone not answered. Then the pricing of the soup is really expensive and the fee for room service. All the rest fantastic. Thank you

Room service is not a 24hr option; I requested room service over the breakfast period as I was on a TEAMS meeting with international business clients and was told i must fetch breakfast and take to my room... would have been great to have room service.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey, I gave you a call @ 12:10pm with no luck. May you kindly provide us with more details regarding your stay at City Lodge Hotel Fourways.
The stay was good, but no shampoo in the bathroom and very terse refusal to allow me to check out 30 minutes later.
Otherwise, a nice, clean and comfortable room.
