We had a wonderful stay a The Cliffside. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible for us. We had forgotten to organise dinner in advance, but the chef on site went above & beyond to cook us up the most delicious vegetarian curry. Not only that, they set up a lovely private dining area in our rooms garden to enjoy it in.
Couldn’t have been happier with our stay here and will definitely be back.

Stayed the evening before departing S.A. Found Africian Rock Hotel to be in a secure area; owners introduced themselves and welcomed us; all staff were obliging, helpful and friendly; great pickup/ drop off service for airport; Christine, the chef prepared an absolutely delicious 5 course meal. Would recommend.

Our stay at The Saxon Johannesburg was fantastic. Staff very courteous and on the ball for anything you needed.
Food was first class and so were the evenings sitting out on the Terrace having a cocktail as the sun settled.
I felt extremely safe with all aspects of our. Our room had a lovely view over the gardens too.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone,

We booked Rivonia B & B due to our air travel being in the evening. We found this to be far more comfortable than staying at a hotel. We could not have been happier with our accommodation and the staff provided excellent service. A driver was also available should the clients wish to take advantage of this service. We would thoroughly recommend this attractive well maintained facility to travellers desiring pleasant and comfortable short term accommodation.

A lovely thing about this hotel is the small but beautifully cared for garden - home to lots of birds whose song awoke each morning. My room looked out over a small vegetable garden, and across on the right, to the cafe courtyard. For me the hotel was a perfect retreat after a very busy time in Uganda.
