"Very clean rooms and with good breakfast and very helpful staff."

"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "

"Walking distance location to Tongli old town was great. Unfortunately, hotel showing age and rooms not as clean as expected. It would also be nice if families were separated from non-families - the hallway was like daycare on Friday night."

"This holiday Inn Express is located in the College Town of Suzhou which is convenient of you are visiting nearby Universities. The breakfast includes both Chinese and Western style. Rooms are clean and sufficient from short-term stay. There is no frig so plan for that. "

"Hotel was OK"

"Nice hotel with walking distance to old town"

"Tipptopp, med trevlig personal. Lite långt från centrum."

"Loved my stay! Location is great and offers easy access walking to the canals and gardens. “Jack” and his wife were so amazing and a highlight of the visit. I highly recommend a stay overnight in Tongli to experience the market, canals, gardens and locals in the morning before all the tours arrive and in the evening after they’ve all left for the day."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There were all the amenities I needed and small luxuries such as automated curtains, heated toilet seat, mini bar fridge etc. The location was also great for what I needed and had a shopping mall at walking distance. Would highly recommend."

"Very quite and nice! "

"Best part of historic town, very idyllic, beautiful authentic wooden apartment, nice view to the river, extremely friendly host, highly recommended."

"スタッフの方が親切で、お部屋も清潔でした。 1階の料理店が最高に美味しかった。 観光地に近く、とても良い。"

"Taxi sent me to another mercure hotel and that mecure hotel just gave me room and later in morning told me that booking is for another mercure hotel "

"Property does not exist at the location stated in the google map and nearby landmarks are fake. This is 45 min away from people’s square in shanghai via car! We requested cancellation and will be waiting for refund. Absolute scam!"
