"Staff was extremely accommodating; including when last minute changes were needed or when small problems arose. The food was authentic and quite impressive. All members of the staff maintained a professional, above-and-beyond-friendly demeanor. Their English was excellent (but as always, one should learn some of the local language no matter what) and they remained responsive, courteous, and willing to help with any issue. I wish we had more time to explore the area, but the direct surroundings were historical, lush, and beyond astounding! Interesting local wildlife as well!"

"The staff was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for. This was our first time in Japan and we both agreed at the end of our stay that the next time we come back we will be staying here once again, but next time for longer."

"The hotel was gorgeous, it gave you that really comforting feeling especially after a full day of walking. We booked the private spa due to having tattoos it was magnificent, definitely book the half board the staff for dinner and breakfast were amazing! I absolutely loved the restaurant ladies they were such welcoming people and loved to feed us. Thank you all for such an amazing experience"

The staff was extremely polite and went above and beyond to help. We enjoyed their hospitality and kindness. Love to stay here again in future."

"Absolutely adored my stay here only wish it was longer. Nicely remote because I find the tourists in Kyoto quite overwhelming and the sauna was lovely. Breakfast was also amazing and they accommodated my allergies without stress."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. You can tell they put a lot of thought into designing a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The ocean view from the room and balcony was great for sunsets. The staff were friendly and helpful, I got a booklet in English with all important information which was very useful. The beach is very nice but it was a bit dirty when I visited, which is not the fault of the hotel. I had a very relaxing stay and would love to come back."
