"Overall the stay is good, the suite is comfortable and full equip with oven, induction cooker, washing machine in new condition. Breakfast has limited choice, but the taste is good. Special thanks to Nathan - assistant guest manager to send my passport to my room. I left my passport in the reception. About the bad experienced, when check in, 3 elevators are not functioning due to false fire alarm, but hotel handle it well and bring us to use the service lift to check in at 36th floor."

"This is a perfect place for those preferring bigger space, self simple cooking and laundry doing, etc. it is located in one of the best areas, which is not only safe, also full of culture elements of Shanghai. With subway station near by, it is very convenient for those who want to get around the city. I would stay there again if I ever visit Shanghai again."

"Good connection to the subway via the mall (currently not ready yet). Room is bright and clean, with an automated WC. Front desk staff were responsive. As a fairly new property, service standards should improve with time and training."
