We specifically booked the Family Deluxe room with swings because of the photos shown at the time of booking. Our toddler was very excited, as we had told them there would be a slide in the room. However, when we checked in, we were not given the room with the slide. When we asked staff, we were told that there was only one room with a slide, which was occupied and that this needed to be requested at the time of booking. This was not made clear to us during the booking process, which led to a very disappointing experience for our whole family. Writing this so others don’t make the same mistake and end up with disappointed children

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Really got nothing to complain about. The area was bustling with new amenities, quieter from the bund area. Even though travelling around will take some time but its ok for a relaxing stay.

Decent room. I stayed for 1 night bc i came in early for my trip. Air conditioner was great everything was clean and decent. Can some upgrades be made of course but fit the price i paid. It was just what i expected. No shock there. But it did it's job. Staff was very nice.
