Conrad Shanghai
I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Kelly in the Executive Lounge, her customer service was spectacular and she was very professional and hard working. Liangjuan in the spa was also great and gave a great massage.

The room was spacious and had a nice lay out with a view of the Pearl tower. Housekeeping was great, they accommodated our different times we needed it to be cleaned depending when we left during the day. They were always very pleasant and greeted us warmly.
