Fraudulent all the way!

"The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund."

Terrible place!

"The stay was worse than terrible. We would have left immediately but finding a new place during Maha Kumbh was tough, we left after one night. Tent was built on sewage and garbage. The management and owner were extremely disrespectful. We have been asking for a refund for two months now, hotels.com ..."
