" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . "Very bad service, I had to wait 2 hrs after reaching hotel before getting the room. Also, I booked the higher category room but didn't get the same. There was no bath tub in my room. But it was mentioned in booking "

"First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...
