"We were not familiar and it took a minute to locate as the entrance is not facing the street. Once we found it, Giuliani checked us right in and set up a parking valet for us. She helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Beautiful building with great history. Rooms were quiet and clean. "The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we visit. Grazie, Rob"
"The hotel is very central in the main town of Siracusa. Plenty of good restaurants on the doorstep and only ten minute walk from the station. Ortigia only a 15 minute walk away. The bathroom facilities and room decor are slightly old fashioned but all working fine. "

The reception staff, Francesa and Bernadetta, suggested wonderful restaurants and facilitated the arrival transportation from the airport and departure support for our rental car to set us on our way to enjoy the rest of our tour around Sicily.
