"This hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfectly walkable to Ortigia while still having access to ample parking options. The rooms were big, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, Francesco was soo friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. He had great recommendations not only for Syracuse, but for all of Sicily. We would go back just to stay here!!! "

"The accommodation did not disappoint.
Immaculate spacious rooms with brilliant air-conditioning which was much needed in the July heat.
The breakfast was great with good choice.
All the staff could not do enough for us and were so friendly with my Wife and I.
Would definitely recommend.

"Great location, but very average accommodation. The bed was comfortable, but there were no real amenities like coffee or water available in the rooms."

"Can't say enough great things about Algila! The staff was so helpful & accommodating, awesome location, nice rooms and large common areas to gather aft"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and clean. The front staff (Paola and Emanuela) were fantastic. They arranged dinner reservations and transportation for us , plus many recommendations. I will note that the noise from the hallway and other rooms above us were pretty loud (we were on the first floor). Other guests coming in late at night or leaving early were hard to ignore. We had 2 rooms on opposite sides and it was an issue for us both. I would recommend bringing ear plugs because this is the only fault that I can think of. Everything else was fantastic."
"Clean, comfortable stay in the heart of the Ortigia Island area of Syracuse. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast and rooftop bar area. We coordinated with the hotel for valet parking which was helpful given density of the area and limited parking options. Convenient location with easy access to most of the key sites in the area."
