My little charming accommodation is not for guest like you, who does not appreciate all the personal dedication and love we put in to all our guests. In my opinion Expedia customers should know the message I sent you in response to your rude message to me before.This was my answer to your private message!After your message I already knew in advance that you were not going to pay parking. I'm not surprised, your attitude during your stay was not pleasant towards us, only you, not your wife, who was really charming to us. We were not there to welcome you, because you did not reply to any of my messages sent several times in advance, and did not have telephone to call you. Even so I went directly to receive you personally and in 15minutes I was there, I helped you with the car even I let you park the first night for free in our guests spot. During a weekday, there was normal noise from 08.30h until 5:00 p.m. but not after that time or during the weekend. Regarding the bed, your wife told us that she slept in the living room because you snored. I tried to help you personally at all times, even offer to change you to another room, but you did not want my help. On the day of departure, you knew that we would arrive at 8:30 a.m., and you told me that it did not matter, also, when our guests have something extra to pay, they leave money in the room, and you didnt, my mistake was not charging you on arrival. Customers like you make us stricter with payments. It's a shame, because we've been very good to you and you haven't appreciated anything from us.
