"A super unique property in Jerez in an old castle. Definitely has an old world charm to it - lots of stairs and weaving hallways. Truly a trip back in time "
"Very rare to find such nice accommodation, right in a city center, and so quiet and modern. This is an excellent property, at a reasonable price, in a good location, in a pretty great town"
"She cancelled on me at 23.55am I’ve already told her I will be arriving late. Thanks to Expedia for sorting out the accommodation for me at the very last minute."

At the time of our visit we experienced awful rainy weather which meant the Easter parades were cancelled which was a shame. The hotel location wss perfect, the parking was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, loved it.

This was our third visit to Jerez and it had changed a little but in spite of previously having enjoyed restaurants which were now closed, there were plenty of other choices.

The Feria de Caballos was a real spectacle and portrayal of old Spanish tradition. The numerous bodegas with their sherry tours was a real highlight
"We stayed for two nights at Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe in Jerez. After several nights in both Cadiz and Sevilla we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very central to both the shops and restaurants and only twenty minutes walk from the train station. The hotel was located right next to the cathedral and the Alcazar and is part of the bodega site which makes Tio Pepe sherry & wine. There was a small pool area upstairs on the top of the hotel and breakfast was served in the restaurant courtyard area. Although we didn’t use the pool it had a fabulous view of the cathedral next door and was very popular. We arrived early on the first day and so the reception held our bags for the day as we walked around Jerez and allowed us to check in to our room half an hour early. The bedroom was really nicely decorated and had a huge bed and a modern bathroom. There was also a fridge however unfortunately this did not keep the water cool. The breakfast was delicious and all made to order. There was a great selection of meals and the croissant/ pastry board was a definite highlight. One day we had scrambled eggs, tomato and avocado with toasts and a Spanish cooked breakfast and the other we had soft boiled eggs. It was really lovely to be sat in the courtyard which was all very well nicely designed. We would definitely go back to the hotel and the staff team were very polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble."

"Except for buying the occasional beer from the receptionist, I didn't eat at this hotel. It didn't have a restaurant and it's continental breakfast times were not of use to me. That apart, my room and its facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean, if good size and fully functioning. Its air conditioning worked well and kept its temperature very comfortable in the prevailing outside 41C. The staff were very friendly and very willing to assist when asked. All in all, this was a great and very comfortable which fulfilled all my needs, and those of my son and partner, what stayed in an adjoining room. Good place - highly recommended!"
"Fabulous hotel and staff. Loved the size of the pool area, you really felt like you were on holiday rather than in a city hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely Vermuteria for drinks whilst waiting for the kids to get ready. 10 minute walk into Jerez centre, teeming with drink and dining options. Head to Plaza Plateros and start your tapas journey through the town! "
