"The room was ok. Couldn’t get the cleaning ladies to actually clean. There was a language barrier but the wouldn’t even get the dirty towels or trash. One elevator was broke down the entire stay. Overall this place needs to be cleaned and renovated. Even the lid to to toilet tank was not the correct one. "

My room was spotless and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was check-in, answering questions, or assisting with small requests, they handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude.
