Cozy Stone Cottage

This quiet and centrally located home in Broken Arrow has been carefully and totally remodeled. You are 1 minute from great coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries. The beautiful historic Rose District is less than 1 mile away with all its shopping, restaurants, and cafes! You are 2 minutes from the Broken Arrow Expressway, and 15 minutes from the airport or downtown Tulsa. You will feel safe, cozy, and relaxed here! Enjoy the peaceful back-yard which backs up to a green horse pasture.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom home with 1.5 baths. There is a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. There's also a pack-n-play and highchair. The kitchen and living room is all open and ready to entertain a family or a group. Each gathering area in the kitchen, living room, and back patio seats 6-7 guests. There's also a soft hot-tub, grill, and patio furniture on the back porch. You're welcome to use the laundry machine and dryer, and the office desk area.

Quiet neighborhood, wonderful cottage and property!

My husband and I stayed for almost a week in Grady’s beautiful cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Clean, new bedding, simple furnishings, great kitchen and laundry room available, just top notch in every way. Thanks for a wonderful get away!

Cozy and cute

Time away to relax

This house is adorable! It has tons of sleeping space and the beds are very comfortable! The hot tub and patio area is so relaxing! The house had everything available that we could need for a short stay. Recommend 100%!

Great Place to stay

The house was clean and very comfortable. We cooked on the grill the first night. There were plenty of stores and things to do. It was close to every place we wanted to be. Thanks for making the stay great and accommodating.

Cozy Cottage

We loved staying here. The bed was super comfy, there are 3 different settings on the shower, outside patio with a TV, grill, hot tub, fire pit and seating. The laundry room is super cute with plenty of room to fold clothes.

Convenient and cozy

Great location for us to visit family in Broken Arrow. Grandkids loved the horses in the field behind the house. We enjoyed the small hot tub and watching the birds nesting in the honeysuckle.

Quiet vacation home, highly recommend.

Nice clean updated house with 3 bedrooms. Close to stores and restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access to 351 from the house. Quiet neighborhood too. Recommend to small families or couples. Worth the price too.

Did lots of antiquing.

We felt comfortable and safe in this house. The patio would be nice to gather at, but definitely too hot during the summer. The AC worked great! and the ceiling fans were nice to have available. Highly recommend eating at Rooftop in Broken Arrow, and Napa Flats in Tulsa.

Accurate and perfect

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! My husband and two daughters stayed at the Cozy Stone Cottage this past weekend and felt so welcome. Everything was so clean and really had a cozy feel. The property manager was easy to communicate with and had a quick turn around response with a couple questions I had. We have found our new hideaway when we come to visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Very Cozy Cottage!

This is a very conveniently located home in Broken Arrow and to nearby Tulsa! While we only used the master bedroom-very comfortable king sized bed- there are 2 other rooms with a queen and the other with 2 singles. We really enjoyed the “cozy” living room! Very comfy couch and a wonderful leather chair with ottoman (which we moved to watch the good sized smart tv) other chairs as well! The small deck out back was comfortable- padded couch and chairs. We did not use the small rubber hot tub- but it looked ready to use (in Jan!). Brady, our host, was very responsive and helpful! Really nice sized washer and dryer! The pictures of this house are pretty true to what you get! The bedrooms are not very big but are definitely serviceable and comfortable! We would recommend and stay here again!

Horrible communication

Upon check in the property wasn’t clean and not one of the 3 bedrooms had been cleaned or bedding washed they were all in made . And the host tried to charge me a bunch of extra money

Never got in

We changed our dates. Cancelled and rebooked. When we got to the home there was a car in the driveway. I tried the door code and it would not open the door. I walked to the back of the house and a guy came to the door and told me I need to leave the property. I told him I was checking in and he said I was not checking in. I tried to show him my confirmation through the door and he just walked away and said it was not on the calendar and it was not ready. I tried to call the host and got no answer so I callled Brno customer service and cancelled the reservation. The host did eventually message and apologize for the mix up but it left my wife and I scrambling to find a place to stay! Not a good experience!
