Awesome property and totally affordable

It was perfect. It felt like home and had all the things I needed. It was very clean and felt more like a little apartment than a hotel. I’ll definitely stay again. I tried to extend and stay longer but was told it’s all full. That’s a good sign. You should build some more!

Although it's not one of the best hotels we've stayed in, it was very convenient while my husband was working. There's a market and food court nearby, and the surroundings were quite peaceful. I also liked that our room, being on the third floor, didn't smell of marijuana/weed or any other similar at all, something that's truly appreciated these days, as some of us find it annoying and sickening to be constantly exposed to that smell.

The room cleaning isn't the best. Personally, I recommend buying a good disinfectant and paper towels for drying if you're staying here. The windows aren't completely soundproof. The location is quite convenient, as there's a Reasor's store nearby and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The area feels safe.

We stayed there for the first time in a whim. My husband is from Tulsa but everything was booked so we had to go a little further out. We had such a great experience we stayed again this last weekend. Staff was great upon checkin and explained everything to a T. Good location, stuff around and will definitely be staying again!!

I arrived early for a Youth Basketball Tournament at the Cox Business Center and could not check in, but as promised by Joe (I believe was his name), said when I returned at 6pm he would be there to get me situated.....he was there and very courteous and kind.....I had a issue with getting the channels to work on my tv and he was jolly on the spot to help me...much appreciated, he is a keeper.....Everything about my room was great it was clean, bed comfy and the shower was super hot.....loved it....I did want a room with the couch, but did not get that, not sure why, but all else was absoutely great....The price was very accomodating for me on this trip.... Thank you, much Ms. D

Property is a good value for the price. It's not a fancy place - build is economy in terms of finish. Room was clean and minimally furnished but adequate. Bed was comfortable enough, though the two pillows are really minimal. Default internet connection is only barely good enough for streaming but can be upgraded relatively economically. Location near a major highway is quite noisy. Did NOT like the lousy low flow shower head - only barely puts out enough water for a shower. Elevator is a bit sketchy. Lots of pets in the building if you don't like dogs... Road access to the building is confusing your first couple of times. However, I'll be staying here again due to economical price.

It did it's job

Grass outside is covered in dog poop. It doesn't seem like the dog poop trash can gets changed very often as it was overflowing for the three days we stayed. The room itself was clean though. Walls were pretty thin but our room was by the exit so likely just louder from the door slamming from the people walking in and out for smoke breaks all night long.
