Room was nice and much bigger than expected. The hallways leading to the rooms were dirty and didnt give a good impression of the property. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but we arrived late and left early so big much opportunity for interactions.

Stayed here just for an overnight while passing through Jeddah. Due to construction, the Google maps route led to the wrong entrance. However, check in was easy & we were upgraded without asking. The unit was spacious & very comfortable. Don't forget to check out in person - the 100 SAR deposit was refunded in cash.
