"The property was great and nicely located on the strip. We upgraded both of our rooms for $250 each but the only upgrade we really got was a view of the pool. Our bathroom was not very clean but they gave us a credit for a couple of the restaurants in the hotel. I still think we could have gotten a little more of a discount or credit but all in all the experience was pretty good. We will be back :)"

"They upgraded my room for a "newly remodeled" room a Strip view. My room was definitely NOT remodeled. Everything was old. Bathroom light fixtures were rusted, shower floor needs a good scrubbing, no pressure in bathroom sink, no hot water my second day so I had a cold shower. Pretty hard to enjoy the "Strip" view when the windows are filthy. I enjoyed the casino itself and the overall vibe. One thing I did not like was almost every staff member asking me if I was married and traveling alone. I wish I would have known about the top floor where all of the restaurants and shops were located. I found the hotel location ideal. Several other casinos and shops were within walking distance. Overall, the casino was enjoyable but I wish my room was as nice as they had advertised."

"The room was not cleaned trash was left from previous tenant and bed sheets were not changed It was extremely disappointing. The staff was great and tried to accommodate to the best of their ability. "

Extra charges for items - free wifi hook up limited to two devices, poolside charges for loungers with additional food/beverage requirements were a serious concern. The elevators were very shaky and did not appear to be well maintained. "
