"I felt this hotel met my needs. The staff were very nice and we had a nice quiet room. The hotel is doing some renovating, but that didn't bother us. They have a very nice breakfast and the chef is very nice. I would use this hotel again."
"This would have been a great spot except it had no pool or complimentary breakfast as advertised. Really pissed me off to pay $80+ dollars for a motel with absolutely nothing but a bed. No breakfast is absolutely crap as it was advertised as to having free breakfast and a pool."
"I stay at this hotel every year when I travel to San Antonio. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The manager, I forget her name, always made we feel welcome and was happy to help with my requests. I will always stay here when I come to San Antonio"
"I understand you get what you paid for, however the property was extremely dirty! Smelled disgusting and I know it was just for one night since we needed a place to stay quickly before it got more late at night but there’s no excuse for being the way it was. "

"Stayed two nights, everyone was very polite clocking in and out. They offered to clean the rooms, which was very nice but none was needed. I liked it was by the air port my kid loved the planes. A couple next door was playing loud music but it was soad so at least it was enjoyable. Other than that completely enjoyed my stay 👍 will book again "
"The lady we checked in with on the first night was wonderful. My reservation was not showing up on their side and she was able to make it right and only charge us the deal we found online. The gentleman the next day was also very respectful but the lady on the third day was not the nicest. She kept acting like we didn’t have a room and asking us our room number which I understand to a point but we had already stayed two nights so there was no reason for it along with the attitude. I think we were just more taken aback because the services before were excellent. The room was clean and nicely set up but the toilet was clogged when we arrived and the bathroom faucet felt like it would fall off at any moment. The pool was well kept and the lobby areas were clean. Breakfast was not impressive but was in fact available. This is somewhere I would stay again if I needed to be in the area. It was child friendly and felt mostly secure. "
