Not much to rave about as far as the rooms go, but not much to complain about either. The staff was exceptionally nice! They were working on the roof and doing some room renovations which I saw as a good thing. The pool was maintained decently, the towels were clean, and everything worked properly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The price was very reasonable, the service was great , especially the night attendant , sorry I can’t remember his name , he was an older black gentleman, very funny , very professional and very kind …. Thanks again
Well it seems to be in the process of renovations. I feel like it was previously a hotel from druggies based on the condition of the outside of the hotel and the surrounding properties. Does not feel safe at all.
Its what you expect from a hotel .. at this price.. you get what you paid for.. the room was fine. There was issues with the bedding as all the linens had animal hair on them and one of our sheets a was dirty, room cleanliness left much to be desired...breakfast was ok, but the next day the waffle maker wasnt working so no waffles 😕 . Staff was good and replaced a blanket.. but they had to verify that i didnt have a blanket i told them was never there. And then they gave me the blanket.. had to go and get my key card activated again as it didnt work when i got back ..
Overall i think it needs to be remodeled and better cleaning on the sheets..
Wow! Amazed. The price, condition, staff, area, and cleanliness! I was baffled in a good way. Wow. I definitely will be staying here every time I go to SA. The night gentleman, which i believe was James. Phenomenal customer service. Just the sweetest man ever. I hate that I cant upload photos here. The King bed was just so huge and comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Couldn't get TV to work, but another staff memeber was there in less than 3 min. Microwave didnt work, but cthe other features and room made up for that. Had a fridge. They have smoking rooms too. Smelled so nice. I just loved it!
I'm about positive there was mold in the room. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The outside they let trash build up and lay around most of the day. Every time we went out side the room people asked if we had cigarettes. The only ice machine that worked was by the lobby. None of the ones at the back of the property worked. House keeping never came by to refresh the towels. The owners and or management was sit outside in front sitting all relaxedwith their junk showing. The only thing i can say positive about the property is the beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the guy that checked us in was very nice. Homeless likes to hang around at night.
The staff were super friendly and helpful! The area had great eating options and plenty of things to do just minutes away! It was a perfect spot to be close to the city without being in the city!
