The property can be a good property, but it was not what I would consider rental ready when we stayed there. The yard was a mess and the inside fell well short of being properly equipped. The downstairs chairs were cheap and uncomfortable. Between the three bedrooms, there were not end tables, no chairs and only one dresser. There were no lamps in the house, and minimal decorations. The steps to the backyard needed to be replaced, the kitchen was minimally equipped, there were numerous dead light bulbs, and no toiletries for the bathrooms. It appears that the owner is trying to do a good job, and I wish him well. He just put it on the market too soon.
