Nice and spacious room and good a/c. Bathroom was on the small side but functional (great water pressure), then again I'm 196cm/105kg. Only complaint I had was the hot water was just above warm. Over all it was a nice experience.

hotel is very poor condition in need of complete renovation especially public areas with very old carpets and smell of cigarettes all over the place even on non-smoking floors. Staff is attentive however their level of english is very poor and it is almost impossible to have accurate information which leads to frustration. Breakfast is basically made for locals and there is not much choice to start with. The only good advantage is vicinity of the malls and nothing else.

Cigarette smells pretty much in all over of the hotel area. Carpet inside the room is dirty. Shower curtain is dirty.

Smell and bad conditions
This hotel is awful, I booked superior room 7 days and this room no refrigerator and we request the change better room with refrigerator after we move the next room but everything same only extra refrigerator and they charge extra $20 for with refrigerator room. This hotel very old corridors, rooms, shower and water is sooo bad smell. I stay only 2 days and I booked another hotel same price and good quality. I never ever book this hotel again.

You get what you pay.
The non smoking room smells like cigarette. The hotel is old the bathroom is need improvement. The swimming pool is nice tho..The staffs is friendly but I wont recommend this to my friends or family.

Close to some large shopping malls
The staff are friendly, but struggle with english so communicationis not the easiest. Could help the taxi drivers since got fleeced the first time and was wary after that.

Good friendly staff but not so friendly room.
Front desk staff are very friendly. But the rooms a little old and dusty. I even hurt my foot 3 times as I step on something sharp on the dirty carpet. Neighbourhood is convenient with the malls nearby (still need to take cab). But if you want food, better takeaway from elsewhere back to hotel because the hotel food isn't that great.

The staff are not friendly. The hotel needs upgrading although the size of the room is big an comfortable. More signs are needed as there are different wings, so one can get lost. Coffee and tea sachets not properly topped up. The pool was dirty. OK for a business trip

Book the Deluxe Room and this hotel will be fine
I have stayed at the hotel no less than 30 times, so I know the good and the bad. The key to an enjoyable stay at this hotel is booking the Deluxe room, the extra comfort is well worth it! This hotel is a bit dated, HOWEVER it is very clean. The location of this hotel can be ideal, depending on your needs in Jakarta

Short stay at Mega Anggrek
The location was good amd room was spacious. Check in and check out was very smooth. The staff was polite at the reception. The room was cleaned and toiletries refilled daily. The breakfast was limited and the refills for the buffet was very slow. The hot water in the shower was fixed after we complained that it wasnt working. The airconditioner was a split unit and wasnt cold even when turned to 18 degrees. If you, like us, are staying for two days, its bearable.

Had to wait some time to find the expedia reservation at the front office. Dated, needs emergency renovation and the most important is that management allows those scam fake "hotel" taxis to reside within the hotel premises.

Hôtel nécessitant quelques travaux de rafraîchissement. Tres Grandes chambres. Staff discret et aimable, toujours disponible. Cet hôtel est proche de grands mall et dispose d'une station de taxis sur le parking.

照明が暗すぎ、ドアマンもいません。全体的に臭い。シャワーヘッド壊れていて、水圧が低くて、お湯がぬるい… 従業員たちはボーとしてるし、掃除全くしません。 もう二度と泊まる事はないと思います。

Redelijk gedateerd hotel. Op steenworp afstand mall mega anggrek. Het ontbijt was goed, maar niet uitgebreid. WIFI op onze kamer was slecht (4e verd.). Het personeel was zeer klantvriendelijk.

생각 보다 좋와어요. 주변 쇼핑몰과 거리가 가까웠으며, 현지 상황상 택시를 이용하는 부분에서도 아주 좋왔어요. 객실은 편안했고 깔끔한 편이었어요. 침대의 편안함이 최고로 좋왔구요. 단지 트래픽으로 인한 오전 소음은 어디든지 있는 공해라 그리 생각할 필요는 없어요. 호텔내 마사지도 아주 좋왔어요..

- Saya menyewa kamar keluarga, dimana ada bath-tub di dalam kamar, tapi bath-tub tidak bisa digunakan karena tidak ada sumbatnya. - Penerangan cafe (breakfast) sangat kurang. Terkesan gelap / remang-remang. - Banyak pengunjung yang berenang menggunakan pakaian biasa (bukan pakaian renang). Kelebihannya, dekat dengan mall-mall besar. Kebersihan di dalam kamar cukup baik dan disediakan sandal kamar juga.
