The location is very convenient for international travelers. The facility is above average, but the air conditioner doesn't cool the room sufficiently. On one occasion, we had to install an additional portable AC unit, which took up space in the small walkway. There are some issues with employee training. During our two stays, we booked two rooms for two people each time. The first time, a male employee checked us in and repeatedly insisted that we had only booked one room, despite me showing him my booking confirmation for two rooms. On the second visit, the same male employee again questioned the booking, suggesting that the room was too small for two people. I had to clarify once more that we had indeed reserved two rooms for two people each. Dealing with poorly trained employees can be frustrating, especially when you have limited time to rest. During our first stay, it took over 30 minutes to finally get into our room, even though we only had three hours to rest.
