"Very outdated and not in the best condition. AC doesn’t work properly in the room, towels are old and thin, curtains are dirty and dusty, pillows are smelly. Room and bathroom are very outdated. It took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Toilet doesn’t flush effectively. Sadly this is the best game in town so you don’t have other choices. The pool and food are great. Friendly staff. This hotel is in desperate need of serious work across all facilities. It doesn’t match the experience one has at an intercontinental in other global cities. It has the logo and the name but it really feels like a Holiday Inn from the 90’s."

"I loved the staff and room service, its first class. The housekeepers do their best to clean, accommodate, or help in any way. Unfortunately the hotel is dated and needs more maintenance; like paint, better cabinets, needs cooking equipment. But the staff do their best to make you feel at home. The breakfast is amazing but is the same breakfast every way. "
